The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, taking care of all my requests with a smile. From arranging guides and drivers to special meal requests, they were super attentive to my needs. The pool was lovely, and I would definitely recommend upgrading to a better room. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that there were no lounge chairs available.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was incredibly convenient, which was a huge plus for me. However, I was a bit disappointed with the food prices, which seemed steep. To make matters worse, the staff made a mistake with my bill, forgetting to provide a receipt and then asking me to pay again, which was frustrating.
