Overall I liked it, but the room/couch quality left a lot to be desired; the cleaning was great. The room had an unpleasant smell.

I liked how close the place is to both the beach and the city center, but the bar underneath, which supposedly closes last in São Martinho do Porto, draws a huge crowd even in low season, and the noise is brutal until 4 am, making it impossible to rest. If the windows had better sound insulation, this would be largely solved or at least reduced.
