The grounds are wonderfully maintained, everything is present, the suites are refined and elegant, breakfasts and dinners are excellent, and Antoine shares his knowledge of the region—beautiful villages, vineyards to visit, and restaurants where we were delighted. A must‑visit if you’re in the Gers.
