I arrived at the "Hotel" at 15:05 and had to wait until 16:30 for the key to my confirmed and paid room, with no sign of where it might be. Several staff members mentioned that key hand‑offs are often problematic, and every time I called the number given, I was told the person was unreachable or that my call would be forwarded to the owner via SMS. My email to the listed address also got no response, forcing us to book elsewhere and leaving us with a night’s cost that will likely be lost.
