A historic corner of Portugal, a palace house with a small museum of old Portuguese artifacts, excellent natural wines highly recommended, and a lovely family running the place with passion. A hug for them, we will definitely come back.

The welcome was incredibly warm, the house feels steeped in history, the room was comfortable and spacious with air‑conditioning, a fridge and a wardrobe‑dresser, and the breakfast was hearty, with fresh bread every morning and excellent homemade jam.
