I had told the host—though I’m not sure if he’s the owner—via the booking app that I’d arrive between 12 noon and 1 pm for a check‑in at the same time, and that was confirmed. When I got there, they didn’t honor it. I tried to show him the confirmation on my phone, but he said “wala naman sinabi saakin si” and then left me 😔. I was exhausted and had an appointment, so I left, but a kind staff girl let me drop my bag. The room was stinky, no ventilation, the electric fan was too loud, there were no tissues, no hanger, and it wasn’t clean. The shared bathroom was filthy. The room rates are high, so an AC would be better than that noisy fan.
