Carmen was an excellent hostess—friendly, interested, and engaging. I slept better than I had in a long time; the bed was warm and comfy during the cold winter. The location was close to services and amenities, and the American breakfast with fruit was great—thanks, Carmen.

The room smelled awful, and the whole house had a strong bad odor; the owner was very rude. I didn’t like anything—everything was poor.
