Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa

“Hotel ist in Ordnung, allerdings viel zu teuer, für das was man bekommt.”

The hotel isn’t bad, but it’s too expensive just for a night’s stay. It’s a typical vacation resort. The pool area isn’t very large and the selection of loungers is also limited.

“Excellent”

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Marriot! The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to enjoy. A special mention goes to Thineth, who was especially helpful, kind, and professional. His outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

Although the spread/variety at breakfast was really good and staff was very welcoming a special mention to Lochana our guest relation manager - who was very warm welcoming and always looking out if anything was required through our stay. overall a great expereince with a fantastic location . A good hub to stay and cover the entire belt of Mirissa Ahangama which are just a few minutes away easily accessible by cabs or tuktuks. Food quality and preperations. The food quality really needs to be worked on . We were not happy with food ordered at inroom, dining and even the live counters at breakfast. Having said that it was not a game changer honestly as there are so many fabulous cafes and bars around Ahangama and Mirisa .we were eating all our meals out to try all the places

The personalized service was exceptional, with Akhila at the front desk and Chamath at the seafood restaurant going above and beyond. Everything else was amazing.
