The staff were very friendly, and we thank Nhi and Thiên for their hospitality and information. The location was convenient, just a few meters from the port and Sa Ky. The pool area could have been better maintained.

The food was tasty and the breakfast was well supplied, and overall everything was fine.

This is the best hotel on the island, the staff are very friendly, though it gets a bit noisy in the evenings because there are shows right next door.

The staff were friendly, the location was central and close to the port, and you could rent a scooter at the front desk for 200,000 dong per day; however, the pool lacked loungers, mattresses and umbrellas, the bar was non‑existent, breakfast was limited to bread, butter and jam for four days with no fruit or yogurt, the gym was dirty and old (a plastic cup with moldy drink sat on a machine the whole stay), and housekeeping was rather sloppy. In short, the hotel seemed neglected and uncared for.
