We enjoyed our one‑night stay a lot, with delicious food and breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, very professional and friendly staff, a great location, and excellent value for money.

The hotel is comfortable, though it could use a discount for not being brand new. Every staff member, from reception to spa, restaurant, and drivers, was very friendly. The transfer to the mountain was included. There was a bit of crowd. The food was tasty, with an impressive selection of local cheeses and vegetables, including grilled veggies. The lobby was spacious. The sauna and warm pool are rare in this area. A surprise lunch at 16.30 was a nice touch. The slopes were well prepared, making skiing a pleasure. We found mulled wine on the mountain at one spot, and it was good. The mountain staff were sweet and kind, often offering tea as a bonus. In the spa and fitness center there was no drinking water or tea, so we brought a thermos. Almost all lockers in the ski room had broken locks. There was no shoe dryer, so bring one from home. The hotel itself isn’t responsible, but it’s useful to know that you need to drive to the town for shopping, as there’s no nearby infrastructure. If you’re into nightlife and après‑ski, this place probably won’t suit you.
