Good evening… I was very well attended… I recommend the hotel Palácio to anyone traveling for business or tourism. Nothing disappointed me.

The breakfast was great and the central spot was handy, plus the reception staff were well‑trained. The room I stayed in was 328, facing the parking lot, which made it noisy and hard to unwind or sleep. The shower was awful—little water and it didn’t heat up! There was no blackout curtain, so it stayed bright at night, messing with my sleep. The girls in the kitchen talked loudly, making the breakfast area feel like a fish market. They should lower their voices. Overall, it wasn’t worth the price; the facilities need improvement for the rate charged.
