My mother said it was a scam. I booked two rooms and when we arrived, only one was offered. Two rooms would have cost more. With great discomfort, she explained that my mother was a cancer patient and that they had arranged the two rooms. The sink was clogged and that wasn’t fixed. I’ve never experienced this. I’ve been using the app for 16 years. Sad reality. They left on Sunday night, leaving part of the day’s stay behind.

The setting was beautiful, well organized, rooms comfortable and welcoming, and it offered a wonderful view of the river.

Regarding the restaurant, prices were very high. Plus you can’t even bring your own water bottle into the pool. The food and drinks were understandable, but bottled water was excessive.

The view of the place was close to the Rio Grande reservoir. The access to the lodge was rough, a dirt road with holes and stones that could damage low‑profile vehicles. The TV was just a decoration, there was no internet, no channels, and no one to fix it. Wi‑Fi only worked at reception; more access points should be installed because the lodge is far from Rifaina and cell reception sometimes fails.
