The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at check‑in and check‑out were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very crowded, there were a few steps and I use a rollator. They told us they were out of some items so we ate elsewhere. They were fully booked with a wedding party and more, so I won’t hold the breakfast issue against them.

The front desk is always nice and the breakfast lady was amazing. The housekeeping staff’s boyfriend was present, and when I asked for the room to be cleaned she rolled her eyes and left for another room, so her boyfriend helped me instead. The sofa bed had food crumbs inside, and behind the couch there was dust and plastic food. The bathroom had hair in the tub, the shower head wouldn’t move and kept hitting the wall, which soaked the bathroom floor.

The hotel is reasonably priced and works well for an overnight stay on the trip. The room felt a little worn and needs refreshing, and the in‑room fridge was out of service.

The shower was pretty good, and the iron and TV worked properly, but the room had mildew odors both inside and outside, was dark, and the entrance lacked a bulb. When I pointed this out, the staff was rude, and the sheets, pillows, and bed felt cheap.

The location was great, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, yet the shower pressure wasn't great and the tub didn't drain well.
