“It was not what I expected”

The hotel sits in the CBD, making restaurants easy to reach even by taxi, and the pool is clean and well maintained. The room was clean and safe, but as a self‑catering place it should offer a bar fridge, TV, iron and ironing board, pots, reliable Wi‑Fi, hand‑wash soap by the sink, a hanging hanger for clothes, and a better bed. The cutlery was another issue.

“Never get a chance to enter the B&B my money was wasted like that”

I never got a chance to enter the house. The person in charge failed to let me in; after two hours of waiting and no communication, the number provided went straight to voicemail, and only later did a lady call me back to help me return at night. I was very disappointed and felt I wasted my money.

“It's a mess”

Nothing good to say. The service was poor, the bed was broken and uncomfortable, the sheet and cover were stained and low quality, and there were tiny dark insects on the bed. Electrical appliances, TV, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, sugar, and bath soap were missing.

“Pathetic, unprofessional and a waste of money.”

Nothing good to say—it was very disappointing. The service was poor, the bed was uncomfortable and came with no blanket, just a light bedspread.
