The hotel was dirty, the beds were terrible, and the lobby was 80 degrees.

The woman at the front desk was very nice. I paid for 1 king bed, and got two medium sized beds. Under the beds was filth, finger nails, and some kind of paint. There was also an entire smoke detector under the bed. The room overall was disgusting

The place was mostly clean and the staff were friendly, but the checkout time was rigid. I didn’t want to pay extra for extra time because I was sick, and I was charged $25 twice for a pet fee—once for one night—despite no mention of a pet in the reservation. They promised to refund one night to my bank account but never did, claiming the double charge was because we didn’t specify a pet. Also the pool was out of order, so part of our package was inaccessible. A lot of negatives.

The location is superb for exploring the area, right next to restaurants and shops. The opening match of the German national team at the 2026 World Cup (7:1) was easily watched in the lobby. Breakfast is good and filling. We’ll definitely return!
