Clean. The towels: they use way too much soap when washing the towels, hand towels, and washcloths. More soap doesn’t clean the towels; it makes them stiff. To fix the stiffness you have to use less soap and add a cup of vinegar to the rinse water, and if it’s still very soapy you need to rinse again with vinegar.
