The location was good, but the room wasn’t clean, the room itself was horrible, and the towels were horrible.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable, but there were no hand towels, the elevator almost got stuck because it didn’t work properly, breakfast was limited, and we didn’t receive the room # or access code for either of our stays in advance; we had to contact the owner via intercom to get that information when we arrived.
