Nothing was good; it didn’t look like the pictures at all. Everything was dirty, the room tiny, and the staff were far from helpful.

We stayed at this hotel and loved it; I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling to Istanbul. The staff were very polite, friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and cozy, with regular housekeeping that left fresh towels, slippers, water, coffee and tea each time. We were four tourists from Kazakhstan and left with only positive impressions. A big plus is the excellent location: shops, tram, metro and other transport are nearby, and the neighborhood is quiet, calm and safe. Thanks to the whole team for the warm welcome – we’ll definitely return. ❤️

I liked the location and the room itself; I had an upgraded category so the room had everything I needed, and I would give it a 10/10 if not for one issue. The corridor was noisy, and until two a.m. I could hear someone laughing and talking from the next room, and the door slamming was awful—I was worried my little daughter would wake up and she was sleeping restlessly. Aside from that, the hotel is wonderful.
The location is quiet and pleasant. We were a group of six in three rooms; one partition was broken, hairdryers were only in some rooms, the water turned cold when someone next door was showering, finishes were poor or broken, the fridge light stayed on and disturbed sleep, and a few rooms had very small wardrobes.
The hotel feels perfect; the staff are friendly, the location is great with the metro and bus stop just a 5‑minute walk from the sea, and overall it’s a five‑out‑of‑five experience.
