I have no experience staying in this type of accommodation, but I think you should know before booking: it’s a room in a three‑room apartment on the second (first for Poland) floor, there’s no parking, the building has thin walls, the bathtub is clean but very old. Finding this apartment is a separate quest; the address and the name on the building are different, and if you don’t know Polish, the owner won’t help you. Still, I managed to get through, and I’m grateful for that.

Quiet and clean.

Jawor is a nice town. The apartment is a converted block turned into three rooms for rent, the walls are made of "cardboard" so everything is noisy, the linens were not washed for a very long time, you could feel how worn they were from previous tenants.

Traveling solo with two kids, I would have liked at least some information about whether the other rooms were also booked during my stay. I was a bit spooked when I found out the other rooms were occupied by men. Luckily I met people who were exceptionally calm and there were no problems.

Thanks to the owners for the stay; I liked it. The freedom came from not having to interact with other guests. The décor was tasteful, especially the kitchen’s color scheme and tableware, which were calm, muted, and featured a gentle blue accent. The area is quiet yet in the city center. Street parking close to the property is available and free. I had efficient contact with the hosts. I wonder if a coffee machine could be added?
