The highlight was definitely the location: on the main high street, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and little spots to explore, and right along the coast. The hotel is just steps from the beach and easy to reach. Renting a bike was convenient for spotting beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Overall, a great spot if you want everything within easy reach while still being close to the beach. The cleanliness, however, didn’t meet my expectations. The bathroom could have been cleaner—the mat and toilet paper holder were visibly yellow, and there was no hand soap. When we asked for soap, we were told it wasn’t included for that room type, which surprised me. Communication issues arose during our stay, possibly due to a language barrier, which made some situations frustrating. Another disappointment was the pool sunbeds: guests left their towels on the beds and then left for hours, so the beds were technically occupied but not used, making it hard to find a spot. A bit more attention to cleanliness, communication, and pool etiquette would improve the experience.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great, with many restaurants within walking distance, pools right on the beachfront, a good massage place across the road, and a decent laundry service a short walk away. Our first room had a blocked toilet; a maintenance man arrived immediately but the issue wasn’t fully resolved, so we had to switch to another room.

The location is great. The only issue is that the hotel feels a bit outdated.

The location is fabulous and the large garden area is gorgeous. However, the room feels incredibly old‑fashioned, very dirty, and in desperate need of renovation. The bathroom door was peeling, the sink was blocked, shower tiles were broken and mouldy, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bedding had a musty smell. The swimming pool was green and I didn’t even bother to go in.
