The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young man at check‑in who went above and beyond when my icemaker wouldn’t work. The hot water was spotty and not very warm, the lavatory sink plug didn’t work, and I still couldn’t get the ice maker to function.

The location was convenient because it was on my way to my destination. However, the toilet seats were uncomfortable, the room layout was not ideal, and there was no place to hang my towel in the bathroom.

Although the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, my stay was marred by some significant issues. The bed was not very comfortable, and the walls were incredibly thin, making it easy to hear everything the upstairs neighbor was doing. Additionally, the ice machines on each floor were not functioning properly with a bucket, but surprisingly worked with a cup. It was a bit of a mixed bag, but the staff's efforts were appreciated.
