“The best holiday we have ever had!”

The Arabella blew us away – it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed and we’re definitely returning. The apartments are tastefully decorated, spotless, and offer stunning balcony views. The spa was outstanding with saunas, steam, a pool, and an outdoor hot tub that gives amazing vistas. We also enjoyed the self‑serve bar and the beautiful communal area. During our holiday we got engaged, and the staff at the Arabella were incredibly thoughtful and kind, bringing champagne from friends, gifting us liquor, and giving us a lovely card. Their kindness left us astonished. We also fell in love with Nauders, the hiking, the food, the community – everything was simply stunning. It was first‑class from start to finish and we can’t wait to return for the ski season. Nothing was lacking; it was flawless.

The location is lovely and the staff are very friendly, and the spa area is spacious enough. However, the spa can get loud and crowded at times, so I’d suggest visiting during the off‑season. The restaurant and room service are unable to make changes to accommodate allergies.

Everything was truly wonderful. The structure is modern and super equipped. The spa area is stunning with a large pool and several saunas. The room is beautiful and has everything needed for a holiday. The only flaw we found, for those used to different standards, is that the pillows are practically nonexistent.

“Beautiful Place, Excellent Hospitality”

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Arabella Retreat Nauders. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our apartment was stunning – stylish, spacious, extremely comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We truly appreciated the meticulous attention to detail throughout our stay. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we would love to return. The only minor improvement we’d suggest is installing insect screens on the windows, as several insects could get inside when the windows were open. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

We’re thrilled with our stay at Arabella! The house, the apartments, and the spa are beautiful, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We’ll be back! Nothing else.
