The room was nice, the staff were friendly, and the concierge treated us and everyone else in the hotel with great care. I didn’t notice any issues at all.

The bartender at the outdoor bar and the 3D animation team were awesome! The kids’ pool wasn’t clean, and we had to wait about an hour to check in.
Loved the hotel’s location, but the food left a lot to be desired. We booked a room for three but only had two towels for the bathroom. The mattresses were awful—felt the springs all the way through.
