I sent a long email and got nothing back. We were met at a closed gate by a coloured guy and a black guy who claimed they didn't know where the Acorn Unit was and then walked away, ignoring us entirely. Calling the number they gave led straight to “unavailable.” We had no choice but to find other accommodation. Very unhappy and disappointed, especially since they never replied to my earlier messages. I sincerely believe the Pepper Tree should refund us.

Everything was terrible.

The only good thing was that there was accommodation nearby. Everything else was bad: things didn’t work, it wasn’t really clean, and contact was slow. The path to the accommodation was awful—it had rained and turned into a river.
