The place was spotless and the staff were genuinely friendly and quick to help whenever I needed something. I didn’t run into any issues at all, which made the stay feel effortless. All in all, a solid, no‑complaint experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this spot – the crew were warm, always ready to lend a hand, and made us feel right at home. The meals were tasty and cooked with care, and they even drove us around for the boat ride, quad‑bike adventure, and the Victoria Falls tour, taking the hassle out of the whole thing. If you’re coming from abroad, you’ll feel safe and well looked after here, and I’d jump at the chance to stay again.

“Wonderful stay”

Taxis whizzed by the hotel, so getting a ride was a breeze without having to arrange anything special. Inside, the rooms were roomy and kept tidy, which added a nice touch to the stay. It was a simple but pleasant experience overall.

Everything ran fine during my stay, but I was disappointed to find that the sheets hadn’t been changed. Apart from that oversight, the hotel was fine enough for a short visit.

“Excellent stay beds are comfortable and the room has hot water and a freezer”

We showed up around 1 am, and the front desk was already there, patiently walking us through check‑in despite the late hour. The price felt fair for what we got, and the staff’s attentiveness made the long arrival much easier.
