Breakfast was good and most staff were very helpful, except for the manager. I had asked for a taxi to be arranged in the morning so I could return to town to continue my Camino. The taxi never arrived, and although the staff claimed it had been arranged, it was over an hour late. The manager showed up just before the taxi and admitted she had forgotten to book it. She offered no compensation, such as driving us or paying the fare, and her attitude was appalling. All the other staff had been so helpful that the manager’s lack of customer service really stood out.

The place is charming, with a beautiful view, well‑designed facilities, tasteful décor, and a comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were attentive and courteous. Everything was perfect.

The location is a bit far from the center, so you’ll probably need a taxi once you get to Pontevedra. The place feels magical and the lady is super friendly and smiling. Nothing else to mention, thanks. The breakfast, however, was lacking.

The setting, tranquility, friendliness and attentiveness, and the unbeatable food were all superb. It is highly recommended.
