Divya and Yoga made the stay truly special; Divya welcomed us with a bright smile and handled everything with warmth and efficiency, while Yoga was equally professional, attentive, and eager to help, and their combined hospitality mattered a lot. Breakfast was rather ordinary with limited choices, yet the restaurant team stayed professional, warm, and welcoming throughout. The room rates seemed high for what was offered, so the overall value felt a bit overpriced.

The location was ideal, but for a five‑star hotel I expected at least free water bottles by the pool.

“Comfortable hotel”

The staff were very professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were good; the location is great with many restaurants nearby and JBR beach just a short distance away. Ms Yahya and Ashish deserve special thanks, but the breakfast was the same every day and you had to wait for your omelet, and there was only one small pool, which feels underwhelming for a pricey five‑star hotel.

The staff—especially Jazip, Abdullah, Yahya, Bala, Primrose, and everyone else—made my stay incredibly comfortable; their service is what sets this hotel apart from others I've stayed at.
