They never answered me. I never received a reply or any communication.

I booked weeks in advance, contacted them a week before to confirm, and they told me it was confirmed. On the day of the reservation I arrived and waited two hours, but they never answered my messages or calls. I had to cancel a race I had planned for months, and it was a serious lack of professionalism.
