The accommodation itself was very nice, but we had booked and paid for a room with sea view and especially a balcony. We found broken windows and a balcony door with a construction scaffold in front of it; we could neither look out, open it, nor go outside. We were not informed beforehand and received no discount. Annoying.

The accommodations were very good, clean, and beautiful. Our only issue was that on the days of our stay, the room we had booked with “sea view” was undergoing external renovations, so we did not get the sea view as per the contract and there was no prior notice, which caused a small frustration at first, but otherwise the apartment had a pleasant view from the kitchen balcony at sunset. We have no complaints, we loved staying in the city of Salerno.

It was clean and close to the center. The downside was that you have to share the kitchen with an adjacent balcony with a total of 4 rooms (8 people). In the kitchen you cannot use the gas stove and oven (they are rendered unusable). During our booking, there was exterior renovation, so during our first morning the power was out (could not shower, and no kettle for coffee), on the second morning a drill/freeze was done on our balcony. We could not use the balcony during our stay. The renovation still takes some time, so for now do not book a luxury room with sea view and balcony.

Clean and comfortable room, modern bathroom. A very complete and comfortable apartment. The room opens with a magnetic card, so it is very secure. The area is quiet and close to the beach. Raffaele’s response and attention were fantastic. The accommodation is about 15 minutes from the train station. Easy location. There is a port about 15 minutes walking along the beach edge, and the Molo Manfredi port (where most ferries depart) takes bus number 5 at a stop that is about 5 minutes walking away. For returning there are also several buses from a stop near the port.
