The spot itself is decent, with AC and good internet, but maintenance was terrible: stained sheets and pillows (I even bought a pillow), dust everywhere, a stinking and stained bathroom that required me to buy a freshener, no mosquito repellent or machine, no clear water source, the water heater was broken, and water was clogging in the bathroom.

They canceled the booking, claiming no advance payment was made, even though the website said you could pay on arrival; please make sure advance payment is required in the booking app.
