“Frustration!”
The shower was great, with good flow and consistently hot water. The bed was big and comfortable. Where do I start? The heater was completely broken, and on my last night I couldn’t stay in the room because it wouldn’t heat, so I stayed with my nephew to avoid freezing. I reported the heater issue several times and nobody came to fix it. They definitely have an ant problem; I returned to my room once and ants covered the table and TV, forcing me to discard food they’d gotten into. I reported this and nothing happened. Finally, the TV relied on the Wi‑Fi, and during the last week of my stay the TV barely worked because the Wi‑Fi was unreliable. Honestly, this was by far the worst motel/hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Not having anyone on site is a major issue given all the problems I faced. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone.
