2 twin beds
The reception staff’s attention and the lack of coordination regarding the room were problematic. When we arrived we were given a different room than the one we had reserved, and my husband was not given coffee at breakfast.
They charge a booking fee that other hotels I book through the same platform don’t.
“Descent hotel in a loud, overpriced, crappy tourist trap of a town”
The staff were very friendly, the rooms matched the pictures and were clean, and breakfast was consistent enough, with a kind staff member even making fresh scrambled eggs for our family one morning. The town feels like a tiny, noisy, overpriced tourist trap, so I’d only stay there for the absolute minimum; the windows were great, yet the close train station made the thin glass a real drawback, with engines running and visible exhaust leaking into the room and loud bells that felt unnecessary and disruptive, and there was only one small, poor pillow per person.
It’s a good place with friendly staff, close to everything, and the food is good.
The room was comfy and the breakfast was good, but the Wi‑Fi kept glitching and we couldn’t use the TV even though it was in the room.
