I booked a room here and instantly regretted it; the hotel’s condition was awful and the room service was terrible. There was no auto‑rickshaw available at the counter, and the staff clearly lacked proper training in the hospitality industry.

A hidden gem! Just a stone's throw from MAHE institutes and hospitals, yet far from the hustle and bustle. The AC rooms were very clean and comfortable, came with a TV, lift access, a snooker room, and a rooftop restaurant—all without breaking the bank. Opposite the heritage village museum, close to Arbi falls, with stunning rooftop views of Manipal Lake. The excellent value for money tops it all off. Highly recommended.

The cleanliness was bad: the mattress wasn’t clean, neither was the blanket or pillow cover, and the bathroom was dirty.
