“Beautiful place, lovely staff but a car is absolutely essential.”
Full of character, beautiful surroundings, and a peaceful location. Too remote without a car – the bus route runs on a busy road with no footpath, and there are a lot of mosquitoes!

The building is beautiful and well maintained, surrounded by greenery, though the highway is visible and audible—there’s nothing we can do about that.

A beautiful house on a magnificent olive tree property. The bed is very good, and the reception staff are very nice and helpful. Because the property is so far from the highway to Florence, the music plays all day long, and believe me, it’s like piano‑bar music from morning to night – it really gets on one’s nerves. Also, the breakfast staff do not match the standard of the reception staff.
