The host’s meticulous care was truly warm and welcoming, but the room had spider webs.

I thought the room was close to the aircon units, and the noise from them kept me awake the whole night. It was really frustrating because I was looking forward to a good night's sleep.

The hotel's proximity to the bus station was a major plus, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. It's a shame because the location could have made up for it, but the staff seemed uninterested in helping.

I was really disappointed with the hotel's condition, which didn't match the pictures on their website or Google. The aircon was broken, just blowing hot air, and the fan was filthy. The door was also broken, and there was no free water provided for guests. The room was dirty, dusty, and had hair on the floor, and there were no toilet paper rolls. To top it off, the price on Booking was almost double the actual price, and the service didn't live up to the cost.
