The desk clerk was exceptional and very friendly! Breakfast was delicious, and the host was friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and clean. Beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again. Nothing was wrong! We were very pleased with our stay.

I thought the place was newly built, but it turned out to be an old hotel that had been renovated. Every room was pet‑friendly, and when I asked at reception for a room that hadn’t been assigned to a pet owner, the staff said they couldn’t do that because they didn’t have specific pet‑friendly rooms. I pointed out that “pet friendly” wasn’t listed on the website. At check‑in I went to my SUV to pick up my face mask, and the whole facility had a strong odor. I woke up with itchy eyes, a congested nose, tingling in my chest, and my allergies—pet hair, dandruff, dead skin, and pet odors—made my breathing difficult, caused watery eyes, and overall discomfort from too much pet exposure.

The bed was decent, but the bathroom door wouldn’t shut because everything seemed hastily built, and my room didn’t have a fridge.
