I loved the location and the staff; it was my first time in China and everything was helpful, especially with directions.

Great location and decent service, but the water pressure was low, hot water fluctuated, the bathtub filled slowly, its drain was long and faulty, and water from the shower would spill out onto the floor.

I had an amazing time at this hotel - the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was really comfortable and spacious, and the cleaning was top-notch. I showed up a day early and they were able to accommodate me, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was the elevator, which was pretty run down - but I guess that's not the hotel's fault.

This hotel is a great find - it's brand new, stylish, and close to the National Park East Gate. The staff were incredibly helpful and even made my birthday special with a cake and gift. We appreciated the extra effort they put in and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It's a short ride into town, too.

Everything was okay, but the air circulation in the room could use some improvement. There was a lingering smoke smell from the previous guest, which wasn't great.
