The facilities are excellent, with a local garden, a playroom, and a game room perfect for kids, plus a great breakfast and a well‑designed workshop area. The location is also good. However, the maintenance could be a bit more meticulous. The bathroom shower was broken (not working) and the doors rattled loudly at night, even when locked; a simple tape from Shopee would have fixed and softened the door.

The breakfast was top-notch, the room was super comfy, and the neighborhood is just gorgeous. Loved every bit of it.

The location was amazing; we hit the center of Areia a few times. The room was tidy, had a hammock and a comfy chair, and the view was stunning. The staff were welcoming and fixed a booking mix‑up right away. Breakfast was excellent, and they even gave us a voucher to tour the cachaça factory – a real bonus. The only downside? We stayed one day too long, haha.
