Broken furniture, dirty fan, cigarette butts on the cheek by Joel balcony, shit on bum, gun, rust and mould in the bathroom, shower screen scummy and not clean, long hair everywhere, loose tap, no safety flooring. They want to charge me more. Scammers.

They are scammers! Don't book with them, they refuse to pay Booking and Booking does nothing to help the clients. Again they will scam you and Booking will do nothing, even they refuse to pay the Booking commission.

The place offered good value; the rooms were spacious and clean, though a bit dated, and the bathrooms could use a bit more tidiness. There was no staff waiting at check‑in, but I was contacted via WhatsApp and had no trouble finding my room. Its proximity to Hanoi Train Station made getting to and from the airport super convenient.
