I found this hotel to be conveniently located for my travel plans, and most of the staff I interacted with were helpful, courteous, and pleasant. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I encountered a front desk clerk who was extremely rude and confrontational, which was quite a shock given the excellent service I received from others during my stay.

The hotel property itself was stunning, situated on a beautiful mountain with plenty of great food options nearby, and the interior was spotless. However, I was disappointed to find that the pet walking area was not properly maintained, and I ended up stepping in mess and ruining my new slides - the attendant's response to my complaint was also unhelpful.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately, our initial room had some issues - there were noticeable mold stains on the ceiling, which was a bit of a letdown.
