The property was spotless and close to Moore Park, with a few small cafés nearby and easy city access. I received a free upgrade to a family room, which was great. I just need to get fit after climbing all those stairs.

Nothing was good, everything was awful beyond awful. The rooms were dusty, the TV didn’t work, the carpets were old and smelled bad, and the staff were terrible. The price was too high for what you get; stay elsewhere.

The location was great. I was the only guest, but the room had two beds – they only made one bed and left the other without a cover or sheets, which looked awful. A strong bleach smell made it hard to breathe, and a cockroach ran everywhere when I showered.

The place was nothing. It felt like a low‑budget boarding house. The photos didn’t match reality. The bad bed gave me back pain, and because there was no elevator I missed three nights. Through the booking portal we were transferred to Mackleay Hotel, which was infinitely better and cheaper.

Very comfy, clean and perfectly positioned for a fun night out! The location was super convenient and made it easy to get out and enjoy the city. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great value for a short stay, would definitely stay again!
