I loved staying at The Bernic and will definitely return. The staff were friendly and helpful—shout out to Natalie at the front desk! My room was clean, smelled great, and the bed was comfortable. Its convenient location let me pop in during the day to drop off items, rest, or switch plans.

The hotel’s location is super central, perfect for shopping on 5th Avenue or walking to Rockefeller Center. The room description said it had a balcony, but the balcony was only a 30 cm wide strip in front of the window; I couldn’t even stand there, and the “balcony door” opened very hard.

The reception staff were all smiling and helpful, giving me a great sense of security, and the room was clean. I was bothered by the noise from a nearby bar.

This hotel is a gem, everything brand new. The modern amenities were impressive, especially the full‑shower cabin in the bathroom and the Nespresso machine with about 12 coffee capsules. I loved my stay! My room was small, but that’s typical in NYC, and the decor quality more than made up for the size.
