“Decent location but expensive”

The location is excellent, but the street is only average. The basement room had a very small washroom.

The staff were very welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and it was just a short walk to the bus, taxi, and metro stops—everything ran smoothly with no issues.

The place sits in a great spot, stays quiet even though it’s close to the square, offers all the essentials, and the host is friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about; it was a great value for money.

“You get what you pay for.”

The location is central and the price is low. Be sure to check the room size before booking—the photos of the “deluxe queen room” look great, but we ended up in a basement room that cost the same. It had a musty, sewage smell, the bedding was worn and the duvet was too small for two people. The outdoor area was a strange cage next to a septic tank with a roof, feeling claustrophobic, which didn’t help since the room itself was tiny and an actual outside space would have been nice. I wish the host had compensated for all this, but communication was nonexistent—no check‑in or check‑out instructions were given. Some guests might appreciate this minimal approach, but in this case it felt fitting for a place that lacked charm or personality. Overall, don’t expect much for the price you’re paying.
