The place is well situated. I had an issue with the minibar containing expired products; I told three hotel staff members but no manager ever contacted me. Then the earthquake situation arose, and I understand there were other priorities.

The breakfast was very good and the facilities are nice. Check‑in was a bit slow.

Breakfast was a nice buffet. The location was great, conveniently close to the airport. We arrived before the official check‑in time, which was fine; we grabbed some food nearby while we waited. However, when we returned after 3 PM (the time we were told check‑in would be available), our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait until about 4 PM to actually enter our room, which was frustrating. The room itself was just okay. The bathroom could use some updates; the tub was oversized and awkward to step into, and the toilet seat was broken. At checkout we were also charged for a dry‑cleaning service we never used. The hotel removed the charge once we brought it up, but it was an uncomfortable surprise.
