The location is great, close to the mall and in front of Alun2. The toilet spreads odor from the pipeline; the door should stay closed at all times. Each room only has one key, so it takes time for the AC to reach a comfortable temperature.

The memorable part was the complete breakfast menu with delicious flavors and a strategic location, plus the hospitality of all the staff who were understanding and helpful. During the stay nothing made us dislike it; everything looked good. The only note is that the room was a bit narrow, but still decent enough to move around and enjoy.

The staff were always smiling and polite, and Fave Hotel sits very centrally. However, a small refrigerator in the room would be useful. The hotel was a bit noisy, especially since the silent sign was placed so no one noticed it and people couldn’t think logically without seeing it. Once a guy talked on the phone in the hall on the 9th floor, and another time a family with many children arrived and their screaming continued, so I had to call reception. The bedsheet wasn’t changed during the two weeks I was there, not that delicious.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and the location was great, but there were some issues with the room. They cleaned the room daily, but didn't change the towels unless you asked them to, which seemed a bit lazy. The tea and coffee were only refilled once over our 4-night stay, and the toothbrush and soap weren't replenished either - just little things that added up to a bit of a disappointing experience.
