Even though the area is bustling, the hotel is great for business or tourists and sits just a short walk from Howrah station; the staff are helpful, polite, and supportive, offering guidance on how to reach any spot by metro, taxi, or bus, especially for visitors. The surrounding neighborhood feels generic and crowded, but the building itself is solid, and the terrace view shows the Howrah Bridge and nearby sights, which is a nice bonus. However, there should be an emergency arrangement for vegetarian take‑away dinner or breakfast.
