The location is close to my appointments. The service feels impersonal and quite reserved toward guests. Nothing extra is to be expected. Especially the lady behind the counter! She dictates and is bossy, no smile, very business‑like and measured. Advice: a hospitality training course. Showering was unfortunately difficult because the drain didn’t work (this was also mentioned in an earlier review). The housekeeper comes into the room at 9 am without knocking!

A real pleasant surprise! The staff are adorable. The hotel is simple, very clean, and super friendly! I’ll come back because I loved it!
