Breakfast was okay. At arrival we waited at the check‑in desk; the staff were busy serving others and passed us several times without even a hello. We felt invisible. The lighting in the tiny bathroom of room 12 was severely inadequate.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. Although the room didn't have the heating turned on, it surprisingly felt quite warm. However, my dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was merely average. The service was decent, but the food didn't particularly stand out.
