The room was comfortable and the staff were attentive, but the shower water was scorching—both taps were boiling and there was no cold water. This is the first time I've encountered such a problem at a hotel; I wonder what could happen next.

The accommodation and cleanliness were fine, yet in the mornings the housekeeping staff would open the room, forcing me to rush to get dressed because she would first touch the door and then enter, asking if we would vacate that day. This happened between 8 and 8:30, waking us up early.
