This is my second stay at a Bloom hotel and it is an oasis amid the hustle of India; their breakfasts are delicious with fresh food and they decorate in a very Nordic-forward way. The staff helped me check out later because of a late flight and were very helpful with anything I needed. The price this time was tough.

The branding, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, polite staff, and location all stood out; getting to the hotel was a breeze because it sits in a well‑connected spot that feels safe. The staff, especially those at the restaurant and in housekeeping, were courteous and helpful. Guests need to remember the no‑smoking rule and keep noise down in rooms and the lobby; otherwise, the staff could be a bit more proactive and listen to requests without us having to call them again.

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent, making for a solid overall experience. The location was convenient and commuting was easy, and the floor‑level water dispensers were a handy touch so I didn’t have to ask housekeeping each time.
